成 永，中國共產(chǎn)黨員，大滄海律師事務所鄭州分所執(zhí)業(yè)律師。1996年畢業(yè)于河南財經(jīng)學院，主修企業(yè)管理專業(yè)。曾在企業(yè)決策層從事經(jīng)營管理工作三年，后歷記者、編輯等職業(yè)。因出于強烈的社會責任心和對律師職業(yè)的酷愛，自學通過了全國律師資格統(tǒng)一考試，自2000年10月從事律師執(zhí)業(yè)工作至今。律師執(zhí)業(yè)生涯雖然起步不久，滿腔為弱者吶喊之工作熱情及為法律拂塵的強烈職業(yè)責任感在刑事、商業(yè)貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟及民事等法律維權實務方面已經(jīng)有了充分的體現(xiàn)。現(xiàn)已被聘為河南省律協(xié)行政專業(yè)委員會、河南省律協(xié)醫(yī)事專業(yè)委員會委員，鄭州市行政專業(yè)委員會委員、鄭州市律協(xié)刑事辯護專業(yè)委員會委員，同時志愿為河南省律協(xié)未成年保護委員會、河南省民營經(jīng)濟研究會等公益性組織提供積極服務。
執(zhí)業(yè)過程主要有以下積累：
一、
刑事辯護方面：
多次介入重大職務犯罪（如2001年-2004年歷時三年之久的鄭州鐵路局實業(yè)公司的涉嫌挪用公款案等）、黑社會犯罪集團（如宋劉根集團案件、鄭州市東建材涉黑火并案等）等有重大社會影響的案件，或接受指派提供刑事辯護援助。辯護意見屢被人民法院審判合議庭采納或認同，典型案件的精彩辯護詞多次被國內各大刊物、法律門戶網(wǎng)站收錄。
二、 民商經(jīng)濟方面：
（一）訴訟業(yè)務：多次為損害賠償案件仗義執(zhí)言、據(jù)理力爭，為復雜經(jīng)濟大案清理思路、衡平利弊，彰顯了訴訟成本和效率、公平的統(tǒng)一。受案范圍涉及上海、北京、西安等國內重點城市，2005年度曾成功提請河南省檢察院抗訴了兩起民商案件，還法律以尊嚴、還當事人以公道。
（二）非訴訟業(yè)務：曾參與重大商業(yè)談判近百次，先后為國家衛(wèi)生部中預科的企業(yè)改制、鄭州市西三環(huán)沿線城中村改造工程等重大項目提供法律服務。現(xiàn)為省會數(shù)家企業(yè)提供常年法律顧問服務。擅長房地產(chǎn)、企業(yè)股份制改造、資產(chǎn)重組、金融、證券、合同糾紛和民事賠償?shù)确窃V訟和訴訟案，為企業(yè)經(jīng)營、投資、策劃、預防糾紛、起草各類法律文本尤顯見長。
三、社會公益方面：
2000年以來，曾在國內各大法律門戶網(wǎng)站以網(wǎng)名“平民律師”（ｑｑ：34139324）、“yourlawyer”、“法律人說法”等網(wǎng)名為全國各地需要服務者提供免費咨詢和幫助。多次為涉嫌死刑的被告、無力承擔代理費的合法權益受害者提供免費法律服務。因辦理案件而發(fā)的立法建議曾直接上書全國人大法工委、最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院等。
四、
法學理論研究方面：
多次為省會各高校客串講座，應約為各報刊發(fā)表評析意見、撰寫文章。曾經(jīng)獲獎的論文有《律師法律服務業(yè)務的開拓與規(guī)范》、《試論政府法律顧問的角色定位》、《淺析辦理醫(yī)患糾紛案件的法律障礙》（獲省級交流二等獎）、《淺析律師辦理刑事辯護中應爭取的權利》（獲市級交流二等獎）、《半邊天空的霹靂－－淺議家庭暴力與婦女權益保護》（獲網(wǎng)絡征文評比一等獎）、《論限制律師查檔權之行政行為的可訴性》（獲省級交流三等獎）、《關于對無罪辯護的理性思考》（獲市級交流一等獎）等。作品曾多次提交中南六省（區(qū)）律師協(xié)作研討會上及河南省律協(xié)、鄭州市律協(xié)各法律業(yè)務專業(yè)委員會交流均獲好評。
